Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, where he has a packed itinerary. According to the official PMO Twitter handle, there are two foundation-laying ceremonies, a 'saint conference', a visit to the Gorakhsnath Temple, and a public meeting on the cards for this four-hour visit.
From the very outset, since taking office, Modi has been clear in his mission of making BJP a truly national party with footprints across all major states.
