Now, more than eight years after he was gunned, Shiv Kumar alias Dadua, the dreaded dacoit who was also known as the Veerappan of North, is set to “lord over” Fatehpur district where his son and Samajwadi Party MLA Veer Singh will be installing his statue in a temple.
