Back as Bihar Chief Minister after a 14-hour gap, Nitish Kumar has arrived in the Assemly this morning to seek a trust vote today. A special one-day session of the house will begin with a discussion after which the legislators will vote. As leader of the opposition now, Tejashwi Yadav, who was Deputy Chief minister till Tuesday Wednesday morning, will speak first. His party the RJD has appealed for a " conscience vote" in which legislators are not bound by orders to vote for their party. RJD legislators are protesting on the steps outside the assembly.
