Actress Pratyusha Banerjee's mother, Soma has filed a case with the Bangur Nagar Police Station, against Pratyusha's boy friend Rahul Raj Singh under the sections 306, 323 and 506 of the IPC. Case of abetment, assault and intimidation was registered against him. Rahul, who is admitted in hospital since April 4, is likely to be arrested after getting discharged.
