Delhi's most-wanted: Odd-even plan received a big boost

The Delhi government's ambitious odd-even survey plan received a big boost as majority of the Delhiites turned in favour of the odd-even exercise. As many as 18,000 people responded to the survey with 7,000 via mail and 11,000 through website.
